Parents play an important role in every child’s life and they teach children how to stay healthy and disease free. Healthy habits not only make your child healthy but it also make him/her responsible person. You should give some time to your children and understand them how health and healthy habits are important to their body. All important things children learn in their growing years and it is important that parents are around them and guiding them proper or in a right way.   • One of the most important tips to keep your kids healthy is healthy routine. Teach them how t tart the day how to end it. A healthy routine starts when you wake up. You should wake up early in the morning. Because it is said that “early to bed and early to rise makes a men health wealthy and wise.” So, 6:30 is the right time to leave the bed.
  • Teach your children the importance of exercises. Tell them some few exercises and ask to follow them as daily routine. Swimming and jogging are some good exercises for kids. Make these exercises an essential part of your kid’s life.
  • A healthy breakfast always plays an important role in everyone’s life to live a healthy life. Teach your kids about the benefits of healthy eating. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your children’s diet plan. You also have to make sure that your children are drinking enough water or not. As parents, keep your children away from fast or junk foods.
  • Children don’t know about lots of things that are important to their overall growth. Told them the importance of fresh fruit juice.
  • As parents, you should teach your children to wash their hands before eating. Such things are very important in every child’s life and teach them to make such routines an important part of their life.
  • Dental care is also important for child in their early age. As parents, teach your children to brush twice a day one at the morning time and one at the bed time. Brushing two times a day makes your teeth healthy and germs free.
  • As your child grows up tell him/her the importance of vitamins and minerals in their life. Make sure that your child taking sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals or not. If your child is not taking enough vitamins and minerals then consult your family doctor for any vitamin supplement so that your child can get enough nutrients. Also ask doctor for healthy diet plan to your child.
  • Parents should also assure that their children are taking enough sleep or not. 8-10 hours of sleep is very important for a child to keep him/her healthy and disease free. With sufficient sleep your child can remain active throughout the day.

There are several causes of diseases but germs and unhealthy environment are the main causes. Nobody wants to get affected by any kind of disease but once you get affected by any disease then your body has to face unwanted problems and it makes your immune system weak.
